View Full Version : Air Glide to Oudie Communication
Anyone able to get this pair to communicate seamlessly both ways? I get GPS data from Air to Oudie but not other settings like McCready, etc.
Thanks, Mark

I also get Flarm targets and early warnings
on my Oudie.
Tasks can be uploaded from the Oudie
and if I remember correctly IGC files can
be downloaded to the Oudie.
It would be really neat to see wind arrows
for the last 30 seconds or so as you circle
in a thermal. Maybe SYM can calculate
that from the TAS, G/S and track supplied
from the Air Glide.

I have a Flarm - Air Glide S - Air Nmea box - Oudie2 setup, with all the data going both ways without any problems. Air Glide S receives air data (incl. proper vario readings, essential for centering assistant) and mccready from Oudie, I can also see flarm traffic on Glide S and Oudie, plus send task from Oudie to either Glide S or Flarm. Couldn't be more seamless than that.

Remember that Port 1 transmits and
receives while Port 2 is transmit only.
RTFM.
